New Ecommerce Store, In the building stages, I’m seeking an experienced freelancer to assist with the management of my eCommerce store, which specializes in high-ticket items. As I don’t have time during the day to attend to customer inquiries, orders, and driving sales, I need a dedicated professional who can handle these tasks effectively. The ultimate goal for this project is to achieve 100 sales during the project period while maintaining excellent customer service and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email/chat within a 24-hour turnaround.
Maintain a positive, professional communication style to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management:
Handle order processing, including contacting suppliers and ordering necessary filament/materials.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are in stock and available for customers.
Track and manage order shipments, including dealing with returns or issues.
Sales Growth:
Work on strategies to drive sales and increase conversions.
Collaborate on sales-driven activities like email marketing, upselling, and promoting special offers.
Focus on reaching a target of 100 sales within the project timeline.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience in eCommerce, preferably with high-ticket items.
Proficient in customer service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
Knowledge of sales strategies, online marketing, and increasing conversions.
