We are looking for a full time online support person, who HAVE EXPERIENCE in CAR PARTS customers support / sales of VW / Audi parts. Most email requests require help when customer trying to find correct part for particular vehicle or navigate to available options. You will increase sales conversion using website live chat as well as other sales channels.
Other part of the job is to help our customers to resolve their issues, eg. to track an order, to provide tracking, to provide some support if they have any issues with the order.
The main thing is to be happy to help our customers - reply to them in a timely manner or confirm solution with our engineer when required.
