I’m ready to start selling on Indonesian marketplaces—specifically Tokopedia and Shopee—but I need someone to walk me through every step of opening and running a store there. The priority is practical, hands-on guidance: how to register the shop, arrange product listings, handle shipping settings, manage chat and rating features, and keep daily operations smooth so orders flow without hiccups.
Please structure the guidance so I can follow along in real time—screen-share sessions or short recorded videos are fine, provided I can ask questions as we go. By the end I want to be confident that:
