I'm an entrepreneur that is looking to buy (or partner with) an existing US-based niche e-commerce company with an OLD website, that has between 1-10 employees.
I want to:
- Buy it (or invest in it)
- Use my conversion rate optimization skills to 2x profits (I successfully used these to grow a unicorn SaaS product)
- Make a profit by managing it for a long time
I'd like to interview you for 30 minutes to:
- Talk through the e-commerce opportunities are in your network
- Aside from your hourly rate for the interview, I'll pay you $450 through Freelancer for any business I buy/invest, if you recommended it and intro me to them
- I'll pay $200 if you let me know about a deal that you don't have a personal connection with, and I end up buying/investing. (no lists more than 50 companies in length, please)
- There also may be other Freelancer-based opportunities for you, as we fix up the e-commerce company that I buy
Some examples of good target companies:
- Companies that have considered hiring you but don't want to invest anything because they're not sure of the value of spending money; they're probably not very technical, and need a lot of explanations
- They might know they need to fix up the website but have lots of other things on their plate
- They might own several e-commerce companies, and there's a smaller one that they don't have the bandwidth to manage
