New ecommerce website for direct sales

Project Outline
-Need advice on choosing e-commerce platform (Shopify, Wix..etc) based on our requirements.
-Build and test site
-Basic design and art direction will be provided by us
-Will be an ongoing long term project as we will roll out the functionality in phases
Outline of our website
-eCommerce site for selling one of a kind antique items
-sales volume per month will be around 20~30 items
-inventory will be around 4~500 items
-clients mostly from US or Europe
-we are based in Japan
Core (1st phase) Requirements for e-commerce platform
-direct sale and checkout in different currency
-check out with credit card or direct bank transfer (no PayPal or any payment method with policy that is unfair and bias against sellers)
-customizable listing templates for quick and easy listing creation
-ways for buyer to suggest price
Other requirements for e-commerce platform
-will not (and cannot) suspend or ban website (unlike marketplace like Amazon or eBay)
-platform will not withhold or refund payment by buyers for any reasons (ex. Buyer’s complaint, shipments issue..etc). All refunds will be dealt by the seller only.
