New Zoho Commerce Store Setup

I’m ready to launch a fresh Zoho Commerce storefront dedicated to selling physical products and I want the technical foundation done right from day one. My priority is having a fully functional, visually appealing store that is already wired into Zoho’s native ecosystem (Inventory, CRM, Books, and Checkout) so I can begin uploading products the moment your work is complete—I’ll handle all product listings and categorisation myself.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Configure a brand-new Zoho Commerce site under my existing Zoho account, including domain mapping, SSL, tax zones, shipping rules, and payment gateways (Razorpay to start).
• Custom-design or adapt a theme so it matches my brand guidelines, is mobile-responsive, and loads quickly.
• Set up essential pages (home, shop, cart, checkout, about, contact) with intuitive navigation and placeholder sections where I’ll later insert product data and copy.
• Integrate Zoho Inventory for real-time stock sync and automate order notifications into Zoho CRM.
• Optimise on-page SEO basics (meta titles, descriptions, URL slugs) and implement Google Analytics / Zoho PageSense tracking.
• Provide a brief hand-over guide or recorded walk-through so I know where everything lives in the back-end.

Acceptance criteria
• Store loads without errors and processes a test order from cart to payment confirmation.
• Theme passes Google Mobile-Friendly test and GTmetrix grade B or better.
• All configured apps (Inventory, CRM, Books) show the same test order data.
• Handover documentation delivered and clear.
