New Zen Cart Installation (v2.1.0?) & Transfer Design From Older Version (v1.5.4)

I am in need of a freelancer who can install a new Zen Cart version for my existing online store, JayRacing,com, presently using: v1.5.4. The store is selling physical products and requires the following functionalities:
- Multiple payment gateways (Paypal & Paypal PayFlow Pro)
- Shipping and tracking integration (UPS & USPS)
- Customer reviews section
Additionally, I would like to keep my customized design/look for the Zen Cart store, backup the existing information, and delete any older version still on the server. Freelancers with a strong portfolio in Zen Cart installations and custom e-commerce designs are preferred. Please provide examples of your previous work with Zen Cart.
