I am a Non-US Resident and I want to start up an LLC in Wyoming.
I am searching for legal advices based on Wyoming US LAWS and eCommerce LAWS to start my LLC in Wyoming U.S.A.
I will be a health coach / Detox specialist and my activity will be only ONLINE. Single member LLC (just me) so is nothing complicated. I am selling some products (digital products only online. And some essential oils and herbsl like doTERRA, to deliver to client) but as interemeditary so I do not have any warehouse/deposit.
I want to know what is best for my and how should i manage my LLC after I create it and which companies are best to setup my LLC in Wyoming.
