Need a DETAILED-HOW-TO guide for COMPLETE setup of an e-commerce website with given requirements
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
First of all, please DO NOT bid WITHOUT reading the below requirements. I NEED serious people who can fulfill the below. If you have any hesitation, please DO NOT waste my and your time bidding.
PROJECT DETAILS:
I am starting from scratch, literally. This is an interesting project/task which is PURELY RESEARCH BASED at your end. I wish to build an e-commerce website that is specific to a brand which I'd call BRAND_LOGO, that sells:
1) Art work (like a simple poster OR wall painting)
2) Stickers (e.g. https://webneel.com/daily/sites/default/files/images/daily/01-2014/1-sticker-design.jpg, specific design with the LOGO). These stickers are something you can stick in public, for public awareness. To promote the brand.
3) T-shirts (with creative designs with the LOGO)
4) Coffee mugs (with creative designs with the LOGO)
REQUIREMENT:
I need details from A-to-Z of:
+ How does one first setup an e-commerce website?
+ How does one procure the different items listed above. Would I need different supplier for each (1) through (4)?
+ Which country is best to set this up? Is India feasible given the following, in order?
(a) Great quality
(b) Reasonable cost of printing goods/design, etc.
(c) Low-cost "international shipment" worldwide, & time taken for shipment worldwide
(d) Accessibility
(e) Supplier trust
+ Do we need to tie-up with "certain courier company" for local & international shipment? If so, which is the best and why? Give me some price-analysis for the same and let me know which is the best? Details.
+ Do we need to have a stock of most items in the web-shop OR would it be order on demand from supplier?
+ Chosen a country, e.g. India can you find out the BEST suppliers for the above (1) through (4). Can you research and list for each of them (with reasons)? Might need to check revi-ews, etc.
+ How can we SCALE & run the web-shop in an auto-pilot fashion i.e. without myself be able to monitor all the time?
+ Do we need any dedicated employees for the web-shop? If so, how would that work - and what should be there monthly salary for the above?
+ How to set-up payment systems? I would want to be able to accept VISA/master-card & privacy cryptocurrency (like Monero).
+ What platform should such a web-shop be built on? Wordpress?
+ Any other details required that I have missed out which is required to COMPLETE the life-cycle of the web-shop functioning.
