ECOMMERCE: NEED TO SET UP PAYPAL SELL PAGE (SINGLE VENDOR) FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

I need a webpage to be setup (NO SHOPIFY, NOT WOOCOMMERCE, NOT WORDPRESS), for selling digital products. User pays using paypal and gets a download link that expires after x days. It should have an admin panel where I can see who bought what and when so that I can keep track for tax purposes. I need you to suggest a proven script, show me where to buy the script and then I need you to install it on my site PROPERLY. I have only 3 digital products, but I should be able to add more easily by myself. Budget $150 NO BIDS FROM INDIA 'yeh chalega saar' will not work.
