Multivendor Ecommerce Site Development & SEO

I am seeking an experienced developer to build and continuously develop a Wordpress/Woocommerce/Dokan multivendor eCommerce site. The primary goal is to sell physical products, specifically clothing and accessories. The site should include inbuilt Razorpay for payments and Shiprocket for shipping processes. Additionally, I require ongoing SEO monitoring and development for long-term success.
This project will be continued month after month long term.
Key Requirements:
