MrMrsCart - A Multivendor E-commerce Startup looking for Digital marketing strategist (Agency)

Currently the application is in to development and we are planning to go live soon. We need to target Suppliers and Resellers. At initial we are planning to go with Men & Women Fashion apparels. So i want a Digital Marketing Agency to come up with fresh idea in marketing & design / plan out marketing strategy with a cost effective way as its a startup ,we can't afford more ad-spends.
