Magento to WooCommerce Cost-Effective Migration

I'm looking for a professional who can help me migrate my existing Magento website to WooCommerce. The primary motivation behind this transition is simpler self-maintenance, easier self-management for SEO & SEM.
For the new Woocommerce website there is a reference of an existing Woocommerce store we own that we would like to replicate and, if possible, integrate while each of them keep a certain level of customization. Different kinds of integration proposals are welcome, considering a cost-benefit balance is important.
Also, some matching (or equivalent) is necessary in order to keep current organic SEO & SEM level and start growing up from current state.
