Magento 1 Website Migration
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
I am seeking a skilled TEAM of professional to migrate my Magento 1 website, with an emphasis on enhancing the overall user experience. If your message includes "I'm a full stack developer" - you will not be selected.
Specifically, I'm looking to improve:
- Site navigation
- Page layout design
Ideal team must have comprehensive knowledge and proficient experience with Adobe Commerce and user experience optimization. Your task will not only involve the migration of the platform, but also the enhancement of the aforementioned features for an optimized user interface.
We currently already have a Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce platform and will want to migrate the Magento 1 website on that same platform. We will provide a list of items that should appear on the migrated website, from the database we have on our Magento 2 website.
-We use USD and CAD as currencies (default = USD). We want our customers to be able to pay using the currency of their choice. If they select USD, they should be charged in USD. If they select CAD, they should be charged in CAD.
-The website has two languages: English and French. On our main website, we have translated most of the messages coming from the website (front end) - we expect these Magento translated to also function on the migrated website.
-A refresh in the design of the website to be migrated should be performed.
-Personalization of templates (order confirmation, return confirmation, invoices, shipping notices etc) should be personalized as well.
-Website should offer various discount structures:
Retail
Retail VIP
Wholesale B2B
Wholesale B2B VIP
-Website must be mobile friendly.
-Shipping providers will be Purolator and Click Ship: same as our main website.
-Magento 2 certification and expertise required.
-Must be able to start work regularly at 8PM eastern time.
-We use Gitlab
-both are hosted on Nexcess
