Magento 2 Marketplace Website Development

I am looking for a freelance developer to build a fully functional Magento 2 marketplace website. The platform should allow multiple vendors to list and sell their products while managing their own shop accounts, similar to Amazon or Flipkart. The website must be highly scalable, with excellent performance (less than 1.5 seconds page load time) and capable of handling up to 15,000 concurrent users and 1,500 transactions per second. All frontend designs will be provided. The project must be completed within 4 weeks.
