Local payment processor

Looking for a Fintech expert to set up a local Payment Service Provider (PSP) to transact payments between local banks in Papua New Guinea.

Will be required to set up a payment portal where users will register with their banking details and mobile phone.
1. Account Name
2. Account Number
3. Account Type
4. Mobile number
5. Email ID
6. Valid ID card (driver’s license, NID card, etc…)

These credentials will be tokenized on our payment portal and clients will login into their accounts to transact payments.

The following services will be provided:
1. Bank account to account transfer.
2. Online payment to airline bookings.
3. Online payment to pay for mobile phone units.
4. Online payment to pay for power usage units.
5. Online payment to payment of government fees.
6. Will facilitate online payment on e-commerce sites by making direct bank account to bank account fund transfers.
