Inventory Synchronization from ecomdash to Wayfair, Unbeatable Sale, and Temu

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce specialist to help us maintain accurate inventory synchronization between ecomdash and multiple sales channels, including Wayfair, Unbeatable Sale, and Temu.

The primary objective is to ensure that inventory levels are updated across all sales channels to prevent overselling and stock discrepancies.

Scope of Work:

✔ Manage and update inventory across Temu, Unbeatable Sale, and Wayfair.
✔ Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy across all sales channels.
✔ Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
✔ Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding stock availability.
✔ Generate inventory reports as needed.
✔ Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.

Required Skills:

✔ Strong understanding of multi-channel eCommerce operations.
✔ Experience working with Temu, Unbeatable Sale, and Wayfair seller portals.
✔ Strong command of spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
✔ Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Previous experience handling large product catalogs.
✔ Experience with inventory management software, or WMS.
