Inventory and Order Management Specialist for Shopify, Unbeatable Sale, and Wayfair

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce operations specialist to manage and optimize inventory and order processing across Shopify, Unbeatable Sale, and Wayfair.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multi-channel inventory management, order management workflows, product synchronization, and marketplace operations.

The goal is to maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely order processing, and prevent overselling across all platforms.

Scope of Work:

✔ Manage and update inventory across Shopify, Unbeatable Sale, and Wayfair.
✔ Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy across all sales channels.
✔ Process and track customer orders from receipt through fulfillment.
✔ Synchronize product listings, inventory quantities, and pricing between platforms.
✔ Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and order-related issues.
✔ Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams regarding stock availability.
✔ Generate inventory and sales reports as needed.
✔ Maintain marketplace compliance and operational standards.
✔ Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and automation.

Required Skills:

✔ Proven experience with Shopify inventory and order management.
✔ Experience working with Unbeatable Sale and Wayfair seller portals.
✔ Strong understanding of multi-channel eCommerce operations.
✔ Experience with inventory synchronization tools and order management systems.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
✔ Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management software.
✔ Knowledge of marketplace integrations and automation tools.
✔ Previous experience handling large product catalogs.
