Installation of a basic theme of Journal to my Website

I need to install journal theme, opencart to my website with all basic settings for indian market, ie Currency, Timezone, Cart, Social media logins, registration pages and payment gateway options from razorpay.
And i need the Pincode validator for the Delhivery Shipping logistics.
