Improve webstore to get more visitors, sales, email subscribers from my Country

Hi,

I run a store for vintage and antiques furnitures in switzerland.
I have redesigned my web store (i was earlier a semi professional webdesigner) and its currently in development.
Its not too late to make changes, so i thought i think now is the time to get a professional agency who knows how to really get:
- more visitors
- more sales online
- more newsletter subscriptions
- since i have a retail store too, more visitors there

The challenge is, i need only visitors and sales from my country, Switzerland.

So your job would be:
a) analyze the new design and find out what and how to improve.
b) improve it, you need the skills to make the changes (i use wordpress and woocommerce)
c) build a marketing plan

My monthly budget is 1k, i can increase it later once i see the marketing plan works.
