Improve existing ecommerce website

I have a website - www.souvenirsaustralia.com.au. It is rudimentary. I want to improve it, maybe with a completely new design, or with existing design but with feature to allow customers to fill in a product order form to send to us. An "Order Cart" not "Shopping Cart"
