We have a chat module on our PrestaShop website that currently uses OpenAI’s API to respond to customers.
We want to improve it by:
- Review the current logic used in the chat module and advise if improvements are needed.
- Enhancing the quality of answers.
- Implement better logging and monitoring to track customer discussions and chatbot performance.
- Integrating authentication to retrieve customer data (e.g., order status).
- Making the chatbot more useful for customer support.
We expect clear documentation on setup and code changes.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of PHP
- Familiarity with OpenAI API / other external APIs
- Experience with PrestaShop development
