How to Pass Payment Processing Fees to Customers in WordPress when choosing PayPal option

I have an (Woo) E-Commerce client (I have full control over the WP acct.) who doesn't like the idea of having to pay 3% to PayPal for those who decide to select this as a payment method.

Our goal is to find a way (custom code or plugin) to add 3 percent fee for all orders paid using PayPal’s third-party payment service.

During my investigations, I found that WooCommerce has a plugin available where it adds/layers in PayPal fees for those but I'm not sure how reliable this is and/or if there are better options.
