Responsibilities:

- Utilize direct contact methods to reach potential affiliates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling affiliate recruitment materials
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to optimize program growth
- Provide ongoing support and training to affiliates to improve their performance
