Role Overview:We are looking for a knowledgeable Freelance Dropshipping Specialist who can not only manage our product trends and supplier relations but also integrate and set up a comprehensive system for tracking sales and managing shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
Trend and Product Management:
Identify and evaluate trending products across various categories, focusing on brands like Crocs, Alo Yoga, sustainable goods, and smart tech devices.
Ensure product selection aligns with dropshipping best practices; high demand, good margins, and reliable shipping.
Supplier Coordination:
Source and negotiate with suppliers from platforms like AliExpress, Oberlo, and Spocket to secure the best terms for dropshipping.
Platform Integration:
Research and recommend the most suitable e-commerce platforms for our dropshipping needs (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
Integrate these platforms with our chosen dropshipping tools or apps for automatic product listing, order processing, and inventory updates.
One-Stop System Development:
Design and implement a centralized system where:
Sales from different platforms are tracked in one place.
Orders are automatically sent to suppliers.
Shipping information is updated and tracked, providing customers with real-time updates.
This system could involve the use of existing software or custom solutions using APIs or webhooks.
System Maintenance and Support:
Train our team on using the new system.
Provide ongoing support for any issues or updates related to the system.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in dropshipping, including supplier management and trend analysis.
Technical proficiency in integrating e-commerce platforms with dropshipping tools (e.g., experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, and tools like DSers, Spocket).
