Ace Sauce Co is on a mission to bring bold, restaurant-quality sauces to homes everywhere. Inspired by the signature recipes of Vesta Dipping Grill and Ace Eat Serve, our sauces are made for wing and sauce enthusiasts who crave big flavors.

We are seeking a fractional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with a proven track record in the sauce or condiments industry to help drive our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have deep industry experience, strong retail and/or foodservice connections, and the ability to scale a premium sauce brand. We would expect this person to become of a member of our founding team and accept equity in lieu of cash compensation, thereby aligning our interests and allowing you participate in the long-term success of the company.

What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience in scaling a CPG food brand, preferably in sauces or condiments
✔ Expertise in e-commerce, wholesale, and/or direct-to-consumer sales strategies
✔ Strong relationships with retail buyers, distributors, or foodservice operators
✔ A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth
