1__we have a plugin in our prestashop (European VAT number) doesn't work anymore. because this url has changed.
This module is responsible for European VAT number verification. The verification is real time with Eu Vies Service.
On continue our module will set VAT automatically on 0% on B2B customer.
If the VAT number is wrong, the checkout doesn't continue
