First line CS-Cart and other tech support

I run a CS-Cart installation with currently 8 stores globally and more planned. I have many URLs and associated emails. I have fulfillment centers in several locations. And more. My business is growing rapidly. I need a highly skilled tech support person, who will make my critical tasks their absolute priority. It may not be full time, but the priority has to be my tasks. You will also manage other tech resources that I use. I need someone to own my complex IT environment, who brings knowledge and proactivity, as well as high intellect and strong problem resolution skills. Someone who I know will fix a key issue within the hour and manage the broader issues of a complex and rapidly growing IT environment, run by someone who has been around IT for 40 years but does not program. I have had the best techs you will find working in my historical IT businesses. I want that skill and attitude as my point person for my IT environment.
