Project Description

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build and deploy a small, clean e-commerce website quickly using an existing template and design direction.

This is not a blank-canvas design project.
I already have a working visual template / layout that needs to be implemented, expanded, and connected to WooCommerce, not redesigned.

The priority is speed, stability, clean structure, and ease of future editing.

• WordPress (latest stable)
• Astra theme (must keep Astra – do not replace)
• Elementor Pro (already installed)
• WooCommerce
• Stripe (card payments)
• PayPal

Scope of Work

1. Template-Based Website Build
• Implement and expand an existing template/layout
• Match the existing design style (minimal, clean, black/white, editorial)
• Build the following pages using Elementor Pro:
• Home (based on existing template)
• About (expand from template styling)
• Shop
• Product page template
• Cart
• Checkout
• Contact
• Basic legal pages (Privacy / Terms – placeholders acceptable)

You will be building on my existing template, not redesigning the site or changing the visual direction.

2. E-commerce Setup
• Configure WooCommerce properly
• Set up:
• Simple products only
• Cart & checkout
• Order confirmation emails
• Payment gateways:
• Stripe (credit/debit cards)
• PayPal
• All payments must be tested in sandbox mode before handover

3. Clean Build & Performance
• Minimal plugin usage
• Clean Elementor structure (Containers preferred)
• Logical, editable layout so I can manage content myself
• Fully responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile)

4. Handover & Documentation
• Short walkthrough of:
• Editing pages in Elementor
• Adding/editing products
• Site ready to switch from test to live payments

• Hosting & WordPress admin access
• Astra + Elementor Pro already installed
• Existing HTML/template or live draft to work from
• Brand assets (logo, typography, colour direction)
• Clear instructions and fast feedback

• Solid WooCommerce setup experience
• Someone comfortable working from an existing template
• Clean, organised workflow (no over-engineering)
• Good English communication
