Expert Shopify Store Manager Needed

I'm looking for someone who is an expert in managing Shopify stores. Your main tasks will be:
- Installing configurations and tracking to adequately monitor and optimize the store's performance
- Creating and managing both organic and paid Ads for the store
- Managing the store's social media posts
In addition, an integral part of your role will be occasional provision of suggestions on how the store can be further optimized. This might involve suggesting potential winning products or innovative marketing strategies.
Regarding your application, I'm not as interested in seeing every project you've ever done. Instead, I want to know more about your specific experience in managing Shopify stores. If you can tell me about specific results you've achieved or challenges you've overcome, that would put you at a huge advantage.
