End-to-End Shopify Project Assistant
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shopify assistant to help manage and improve several active stores.
This is not a store build role—these stores are already live.
You’ll be helping with ongoing updates, organization, and execution across multiple projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
Updating products and collections in Shopify
Organizing and cleaning up product data
Making small theme edits (with guidance)
Installing and managing apps
Assisting with content updates (pages, images, basic formatting)
Keeping tasks organized using tools like Trello or Asana
Helping ensure projects stay on track
What I’m Looking For
Basic experience with Shopify (product uploads, edits, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and reliability
Organized and able to manage multiple small tasks
Willingness to learn and improve
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with spreadsheets or product data
Basic design or formatting skills
General eCommerce knowledge
Growth Opportunity
There is room to grow into a larger role over time as more projects are added.
