Ecommerce website enhancements

This is an ecommerce site built with laravel and angular using MySql database. The ecommerce pages run under an separate site and are rendered via iFrame on the main site as well as a partner site.
We have a lot of documentation on functional requirements but not a lot of design documents. You will read the code to understand how its built.
Please give us an hourly rate to cover the following (but not limited to) activities:
1. Read available documentation and code
2. Perform enhancements in the website to meet functional requirements
3. Support website - performance, security updates and bug fixes
Engagement is likely to be higher for the first month or so to complete 1 and 2, followed by lower engagement in subsequent month.
