Ecommerce Website for Firework Fundraising
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need an ecommerce website. I am starting a business of pre-selling fireworks as a fundraiser for organizations. I will have some unique needs.
- At checkout, I need a dropdown box for the purchaser to identify the organization that the purchase is for. Purchases need to be sortable by organization so that we can make sure each group gets the money they deserve
- For legal compliance, fireworks will only be available for pickup retail tent locations. I need a dropdown box for purchasers to select which pickup location they will use.
- I need to be able to send batch emails to purchasers to let them know of any changes.
- I need to be able to sort purchases by pickup location. With this I need to be able to see the aggregate of each product needed at the location. This is how I will know what to deliver to each location. I will also need to be able to print invoices, sorted by location, in sets of 2. When fireworks are picked up the tent will sign and date a copy to give it to the customer and the customer will sign and date a copy for the tent to keep.
- At checkout, I will need the purchaser to identify if anyone else will be authorized to pick up the fireworks. Whomever picks up the fireworks MUST have a picture ID.
I need to be able to export orders into google sheets that will auto populate

- We are going to start off with roughly 40 skus. I am happy to load these items if i have a basic template I can use.
- Item descriptions will have video links
- I need a quantity available for each item to make sure we do not sell items that we do not have in stock.
