Ecommerce Subscription- Based Website Custom (no template)

Seeking a freelancer for a health & wellness meal preparation e-commerce website with the following features:
- local SEO integration
- modern aesthetic
- customer should be able to fill out a short survey to determine what diet will work best for their needs
- reoccurring twice weekly subscription (choose between the subscription levels)
- I need to be able to make changes to the menu weekly. Each menu item should include photo, description, nutrition facts & key ingredients (info provided by me). Approximately 20-35 items.
-"add to cart" a la carte option (without subscription)

- customer should be able to log in and make changes to menu items for weekly shipments, skip a delivery, and change a delivery date.
