ERP for store online

We are looking for devoloper in order to create an ERP for our online store.
The ERP should include the following functions:
- MANAGE ORDERS
- MANAGE REFUND, RETURNS
- MANAGE PURCHASES
- MANAGE TRACKING
- MANAGE ACCOUNTING
- EVALUATING PROVIDERS
- EVALUATING PRODUCTS
- MANAGE CUSTOMERS
- MANAGE HR
- MULTIPLE ACCESS

the information shoul be updated automatically via webservice trougth API by the following origins:
- Shopify
- Aliexpress
- Tracking provider

It should be also possible to add the information manually.
