Dropshipping store in Mexico

I am in need of a freelancer who can help me create a dropshipping store in Mexico. The store will focus on selling girls' fashion and beauty products. My target audience for the store is 8 to 16 year old girls. I am looking for someone who can provide total customization to the store's template.
The project is for a 10 year old girl to start with her business. She will first focus no promotion and marketing, and that is why que want the Shopify account to be linked to suppliers that work with Amazon, Aliexpress, Mercadolibre, etc.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in creating dropshipping stores
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
- Experience in designing and customizing online stores
- Familiarity with fashion and beauty products for young girls
- Strong communication skills to ensure the store meets my requirements
