Developing a perfume subscribtion shopify store

we are looking for someone who has good experience and knowledge with e-commerce website development and customer dashboard. The goal is to create a website similar to Pafory.com or Scentbird.com
The plan is that customers pay for a subscription program where they can log in to a personal dashboard, they can choose one perfume per month and make a list. They should be able to choose the perfume for each month of the year. A recurring payment system (Stripe and PayPal) will have to be installed, together with a system that retrieves which perfumes each customer chose and synthesizes the chosen monthly perfumes of all customers under an excel file.
