Develop E-Commerce Clothing website with Multivendor marketplace

We are from India and due to similar working hours, we would prefer Developers from India
We had posted this project earlier, however, we are reposting the project as we have been able to create a more detailed SOW (Scope of Work) document.
The project details are well defined in the attached document 'Scope of Work.pdf'.

The project is split into 4 phases:
Phase - 1 : Bare-minimum essential features that an e-commerce website should have. This is only to get the basic website up and running as quickly as possible.
Phase - 2 : Include all the essential features which should be there in any good e-commerce website.
Phase - 3 : Setting up a marketplace and its related modules.
Phase - 4 : Affiliate marketing, blogs, sales on social media, auction, multicultural country selling, and add the capability to sell new products.
After you go through our requirements (Scope of Work.pdf) and the attached documents in detail, kindly answer the following questions:
1. What is your current location (City and Country)
2. Are you working alone or as a company? If working as a company, then how many developers do you have for website development in your team?
3. How many years of experience do you have in website development?
4. How many e-commerce websites have your developed?
5. Share links of some of the best e-commerce websites you have developed?
6. The project is divided into 4 phases.
We would be uploading around 600 products every day. It is expected that by the end of 1st year, we would have around 80,000 products on the website. The number of categories will be around 200.
We feel that the best option would be to go with custom coding, however, one of the downsides of custom coding is that the development will take a very long time. To get the platform up and running quickly, we are considering developing the entire platform on CMS with customization, shortly after the platform is fully developed on CMS then we can consider going in for custom coding.
Note: Phase-1 is essentially the bare minimum e-commerce website pages and features. We would like to start with the bare minimum e-commerce site asap. We would prefer a developer who can deliver Phase-1 in the shortest time.
