Customized invoices & packing slips for GoDaddy eCommerce site

I need someone to enhance my GoDaddy e-commerce website so I can print and send non-generic invoices and packing slips. My current GoDaddy e-commerce configuration steers me toward using shippers and customer payment modes that I don't want to use, leaving me in the position of trying to modify documents that it prints out.
