Customer Service Assistance

we are a start up company, going in to a growth phase. We are an e-commerce business on multiple platforms, that currently, interacts with our clients via email. We are looking to eventually build a team to service our clients, across multiple platforms and eventually offer 3 solutions (email, chat and call -in center) to offer exemplary service to our customers. Questions can range from product detail inquiry to missing orders/packages/requests for returns - requests to make offers on product etc
