Create me jewellery e-commerce website

I need to design e-commerce website with all e-commerce functionality. For people who have already developed e-commerce websites in wordpress already know what e-commerce functionalites should be there.

Apart from that there will be additional module for setting appointment with client in case they require custom jewellery. The appiontment will be attended offline or online but thats not the part of website.
