Comprehensive TikTok Shop Management
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a skilled professional to help me manage and optimize my existing TikTok shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing and Updates: You will be responsible for uploading new products and updating existing listings.
- Order Management and product knowledge able to make and edit shoppable videos
- Customer Service and Engagement: Engage with customers, address queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Given that I currently have less than 10 products in my shop, I'm looking for someone who can help me scale as the shop grows.
You must have extensive knowledge about TikTok shop.
Ideal candidates should have:
- A good understanding of the TikTok platform and its e-commerce capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in e-commerce shop management is a plus.
