I am in need of a dedicated virtual assistant to assist me in the day-to-day operations of my e-commerce business - specifically order fulfillment and product creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Order Fulfilment:** You will be responsible for processing and shipping out orders promptly and accurately. Experience in logistics, shipping, and order processing is highly desirable.
- **Product Creation:** In addition to fulfilling orders, you will also assist in creating new products. This could involve tasks such as product uploads, product descriptions, and basic photo editing.
Skills and Experience:
- **E-commerce Experience:** A strong understanding of online selling platforms is a must. While I have custom setup, experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Etsy is beneficial.
- **Order Processing:** Experience in order fulfillment and product shipping is crucial. Familiarity with logistics and shipping software is a big plus.
- **Product Creation:** Basic understanding of product upload, descriptions, and photo editing is essential. Experience with product design tools is a bonus.
