CleverTap Specialist for Live Consultation

We are looking for an experienced CleverTap specialist to work with us live over Zoom/Google Meet.

This is not a typical consulting project. We want someone who can join a working session, review our existing CleverTap setup, and help us build and optimize customer retention journeys in real time.

About us:

* Fashion marketplace focused on Saudi Arabia and GCC markets
* Mobile app (iOS & Android)
* CleverTap already integrated
* WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and customer lifecycle campaigns already partially configured

Scope of work:

* Audit existing CleverTap journeys
* Review abandoned cart setup
* Review checkout abandonment flows
* Review browse abandonment flows
* Review wishlist recovery flows
* Review WhatsApp integrations and templates
* Review segmentation strategy
* Review delivery and conversion performance
* Build and optimize journeys together during live sessions

What we need:

* Strong CleverTap experience
* Experience with WhatsApp journeys and templates
* Experience with eCommerce retention and lifecycle marketing
* Ability to work live on calls and implement changes together
* Ability to recommend best practices and improve conversion rates
