Clean Rewrite of the ResusMed.com Website and migration

Project Title: Redesign and Development of ResusMed E-commerce Website
Project Description:
We are seeking a professional web designer and developer to rewrite our existing e-commerce website - ResusMed.com. Our current site is hosted on Inmotion Hosting VPS and operates on Wordpress with Woocommerce. It utilizes plugins like The Events Calendar Pro, WooCommerce Payments, PayPal Payments, among others. We desire a clean, fast, modern, and visually impressive design that is fully responsive, given that 55% of our sales are made through mobile devices.
Requirements:
Website Redesign and Development: We require a full clean rewrite of our current website, emphasizing a visually impressive, modern, and responsive design. The site should load quickly and work seamlessly across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
Data Migration: All existing data and transactions from the old website need to be securely migrated to the new platform.
Content: We will provide the necessary content for various webpage's including About Us, FAQ, Resources, Contact Us, Classes, and more. The design should incorporate this content effectively and attractively.
Staging and Testing: Prior to going live, the new site will need to be staged and thoroughly tested to ensure everything works as expected.
Migration Plan: A detailed plan should be developed for the migration from the old site to the new one, ensuring minimal to no disruption to ongoing operations.
Cleanup: Once the new site is live, existing files and directories on the old site will need to be removed.
Backup Plan: Implement a reliable backup plan using UpdraftPlus.
Support: Offer should include three months of support after the site goes live. This includes optimizing the Wordpress and Woocommerce databases and resolving any issues that might arise during this period.
Potential Additional Services:
Ongoing Maintenance: Depending on the success of the initial project, there may be potential for ongoing website maintenance after the initial three months of support.
Further Development: We are also considering developing and installing a Learning Management System (LMS), an instructor management and scheduling system, and a client management portal. These will be the subject of future separate proposals but please indicate if you have experience in these areas.

The successful bidder will be given a walkthrough of the current site to ensure all aspects beyond the proposal are understood and covered.
