Bulk Clothing Catalog Data Upload
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have a blank test store that needs to look and behave like a fully stocked clothing shop so we can validate theme, navigation and merchandising logic. The job is straightforward but time-consuming: I need several hundred workwear items pulled from multiple supplier catalogues, cleaned up and uploaded.
Here is what has to happen:
• Identify suitable clothing SKUs within each supplier file, filtering out anything that isn’t workwear.
• Extract every product’s key data, then re-write or polish descriptions so they always carry material & fabric details, size/fit guidance and care instructions.
• Resize and rename images to a consistent format that keeps page load fast yet crisp.
• Enter accurate prices, confirm variant information and map each item into smart collections using a clear tag structure (brand, garment type, gender if supplied, colour, size, season, etc.).
• When you finish, the storefront must allow me to browse, filter and search without dead links or placeholder text.
I can provide catalogue spreadsheets, image archives and platform access the moment we start. If you already know Shopify, WooCommerce or a similar admin panel this will feel familiar, but any reliable workflow is fine so long as the final catalogue imports cleanly and collections build themselves off the tags.
Let me know your turnaround time and previous experience doing bulk product uploads for fashion or apparel sites, and we can get started right away.
