Build a shopify store for clothing

I am looking for a Shopify expert to build a clothing store on the platform.

Design and Theme:
- I am open to suggestions for the design and theme of the store. We have another store which can be used as reference. We do have anther company store which can be used as reference (that may even need to be updated as part of the project). https://wilcox-gse.myshopify.com/ is our other store

Product Listing and Descriptions:
- We are looking to list products such as t-shirts, sweaters, hats and other promotional products for sale to customers and employees. I want to have the ability to use discount codes for employees. I have printify set up, but may need further assistance with that.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in building Shopify stores
- Knowledge of clothing and fashion industry
- Ability to suggest and implement attractive designs and themes
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and online shopping functionality
