Build me an online store

Hi, I'm looking for an e-commerce solution to run my store. We're a small online business that sells specialist computer hardware. We currently have a store built using Wordpress/Woocommerce that is allowing us to take orders and run but isn't efficient in the back end in terms of packing orders, updating customers with tracking info etc...We want a solution where the order system talks to the shipping system and sends emails to customers etc...In other words, something as fully automated as possible. We will be opening up a warehouse and want something simple enough for employees to come in and easily identify what orders need to be packed and print labels for the boxes.
