Build A Hybrid ECommerce Website

We are looking for a full stack developer to built a scalable, elegant, fast, extremely mobile friendly hybrid ecommerce website. The product categories would not be more than 20 and under each category there would be a max of 10 to 15 SKUs. We need a extensive dashboard and options to add products from backend.
