Build me an Arabic (RTL) eCommerce website for selling Arabic & English Books

I need someone to build me an Arabic (RTL) eCommerce website for selling Books using one of the reputable eCommerce platforms. (Woocommerce / Shopify / Magento / or any other platform you suggest).

Please take into cosideration the below points:

-The website must support RTL (Arabic).
-The purpose of the website is to sell Arabic & English books.
-Shipping will be from Jordan to Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates (using DHL / Aramex).
-Payment methods are (Cash on delivery / Visacard - Mastercard using Hayperpay gateway).
-Expected number of products: between 15000 - 35000 products
-Expected daily orders will be: between 5 - 25 orders/day - which means 150 - 750 orders/month
-The website must support product bulk uploading which includes (title - price - quantity - description - attributes bulk uploading) using excel sheets. (Instead of entering data manualy and wasting time)
-The homepage must be easy to be customized and must includes banner sliders, main categories, widgets (to include new arrivals, top sellers any needed sections ...).
